In this paper, by analysing inherent keystone distortion and circle distortion in flat picture tubes, two ways to correct them are suggested. After emplogying new circuits and magnetic deflection field, a prototype is developed and it is shown that the inherent distortion in flat picture tube could be solved better. At last, picture effect for TV could be improved.

本文是通过对扁平显象管固有的梯形、弧形失真分析,从电路和磁偏转场设计两方面来研究校正这种光栅畸变的方法。通过研制样机,进一步验证了该方法能很好地解决扁平电视固有的畸变,达到了一般电视的收看效果。 科技的迅速发展和人民的物质文化生活的日益改善,当今电视的发展呈现两大趋势:一种是大屏幕高清晰度化,另一种是低功耗、平板化。而在平板显示器件中,近期发展起来的平板显示器件如:液晶显示(LCD),发光二极管(LED),荧光显示器(VFD),等离子体显示板(PDP)和场致发光(EL) 等器件在性能/价格比方面远远落后于显象管(CRT)。目前CRT的功率容量和转换特性大大高于其它显示器件[1],是荧光屏效率最高,寿命最长的有源显示方式。日本于1982年开发了第一台商用2英寸扁平电视,目前日本已将扁平CRT广泛用于计算机终端显示屏,检测设备显示器及便携式微型旅游用TVS [2],且到1984年推出了4英寸扁平CRT,其销售额猛增[3]。但由于扁平CRT有其固有的梯形和弧形失真,所以解决这一问题成为扁平电视的一大难题。

Y2O2S:Eu,ZnS:Cu, Al and ZnS:Ag are used as a kind of three-primary phosphor, excited by 400~lkeV electrons in color VFDs with the luminous efficience of R: 2.61m/W, G: 10.2 1m/W and B: 1.7 1m/W by 1keV excitation. In order to obtain the device with low threshold voltage and high luminous efficiency, a very thin phosphor layer is applied.To fit this three-primary phosphor for VFD, a special structure of display device is designed. This device has the following characters: ( 1 ) a tetrode structure with two layers of wire-shaped grid, so that the device can be addressed with low driving voltage by ICs; (2 ) a front luminous type, to widen the viewing angle; ( 3 ) a set of cathode with two spiral ends, to reduce the cold end from the length of more than 5mm to about 1mm.Based on above discussion, we developed a vacuum fluorescent display device with twelve color phosphors printed in a format of 10(column)XXXXXXXXX12 (row) and operated at the anode voltage of 500V.In each column, there are 12 colors. They are pink, red, reddish orange, orange,yellowish orange, yellow, green, bluish green, blue green,greenish blue,blue and purple. This device can be used in a Hi-Fi audio system for spectrum display.

本文分析了开发彩色荧光显示器(VFD)所存在的问题;论述了带螺旋端点阴极、前发光型四极平板VFD的结构;探讨了在新型VFD中使用Y_2O_2S:Eu、ZnS:Cu,Al和ZnS:Ag为三基色发光材料、在阳极电庄≤1keV时实现彩色显示的原理,并给出了一个有十二种发光颜色的频谱显示器件的实例.
