The traditional calculation method of power plant heat balance can't provide the data necessary for designing and operating the cogenera-tion plant of heat and electricity both quickly and accurately, so that the potential of energy saving could not be fully tapped. This paper presents a completely new analytical method to establish the thermal characteristic coefficients and equations for the self-regulated extraction turbines. These equations, expressing mathematical relationships between the heat or electric load and the -inlet or exhaust steam flow, not only make calculations easy and exact, but also make it possible to solve the technical problems which remain unsolved. All the coefficients, especially the composite ones, such as the coefficient of "inlet steam flow increased", "electric power decreased" and "condensed steam flow reduced", are important thermal economical creterion for guiding design and operation of cogeneration plant. Examples given in this paper indicate that the percentage of recovery of industrical extracted steam affects not only its fuel comsumption rate but also the capability of steam extraction. Consequently, there will be a great effect on total fuel comsumption of the plant. For problems like these, it is impossible to analyze or to calculate, until the thermal characteristic coefficients and equations are established.

电厂热力系统的传统设计计算方法,不能又快又好地为热电厂设计或运行提供所需数据,使得它的节能潜力不能充分发挥。本文介绍一种新的分析方法,即用抽汽式汽轮机热力特性的系数和方程,表示热电厂供热、供电负荷与进汽、凝汽流量之间的相互关系。不仅使计算简捷、准确,而且可以解决以往未解决的技术问题。各项系数,特别是单位供汽或供热的“进汽多耗”、“电功少发”、“凝汽减少”等综合特性系数,是指导热电厂设计或经济运行的重要的热经济指标。文中的计算举例说明,供汽的回水率不仅影响供汽的燃料单耗,而且影响电厂的供汽能力,因而大大影响了热电联产的燃料总耗。类似这类问题的分析计算,只有在有了抽汽式汽轮机热力特性的系数和方程以后,才有可能。

This paper describes the wind-tunnel model testing and full-scale measuremet on a 90 meters high,ribless hyperbolic natural draft cooling tower in Mao-min Power Station,Guang-dong,China.Wind-tunnel tests give the mean pressure distribution on external surface both in uniform flow and in atmospheric boundary layer flow for different Reynolds Numbers (Re) and different surface roughnesses.Full-scale measurement gives the mean pressure coefficients at Re≈5.4×107 with minimum pressure of-1.47,as well as the pressures...

本文叙述了广东茂名热电厂双曲线型自然通风冷却塔风压分布的风洞实验和全尺寸测量结果。该塔高90米,无塔肋。风洞实验给出了在均匀气流和大气边界层气流中,不同雷诺数和塔面集中粗糙度时的平均风压分布。全尺寸测量给出了雷诺数约为5.4×10~7时无肋塔内外壁面的平均风压分布。文中还讨论了风洞实验时模型表面适当布置粗糙度,可使低雷诺数时的实验结果应用于大雷诺数的问题。
