The authors have analysed the changes of peroxidase isozyme of 18 parents in 13 hybrid combinations in the sprouting stage of tomato by m-eans of the zymogramic technique. The samples were taken at 3 times during plant development. The zymogram patterns shown may be classifi-ed into two types and four subtypes:

The lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isoenzyme pattern was studied on each T and B fraction obtained and unseparated lymphocytes after agarose'gel electrophoresis. The result showed that the LDH isoenzyme pattern was different between T and B lymphocytes. The T cells had the following pattern:LDH3> LDH>LDH>LDH>LDH5.. The pattern of the B cells was LDH8>LDH4>LDH2>LDH5 >LDH1. The T lymphocytes had more H subunits of LDH isoenzyme than the B lymphocytes. The M subunits of LDH isoenzyme in B lymphocytes, however, were higher as compared to the T lymphocytes. M:H equals 0.75 in the T cells and 1.13 in the B cells. The difference of LDH isoenzyme distribution suggests that the biochemical course of glucose metabolism may be different between T and B cells, and can be used as a referential criterion for differentiating human peripheral T cells from B cells.

本文用E花环形成法分离了20例正常健康成人外周血的T、B淋巴细胞,作琼脂糖电泳,研究了T、B淋巴细胞和混合淋巴细胞的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同功酶谱型。结果表明,T、B淋巴细胞LDH同功酶的谱型不同。T细胞是LDH_3>LDH_2>LDH_4>LDH_1>LDH_5;B细胞则LDH_3>LDH_4>LDH_2>LDH_5>LDH_1。T细胞LDH同功酶中H亚单位较B细胞为多;而B细胞LDH同功酶中M亚单位较T细胞为多。T细胞M:H=0.75;B细胞M:H=1.13。本文认为这种LDH同功酶分布的不同提示T、B细胞糖代谢的生化过程可能不完全相同,并可作为区分人外周血T、B淋巴细胞的一项参考指标。

用聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳法(垂直管式和板式)对昆明地区野生和引种栽培的松科九属十七种三变种的过氧化物酶同工酶进行分析和比较,结果如下: 松科九个属的成熟叶的过氧化物酶同工酶谱代表九种特定的酶谱型,有很明显的属特异性。其中,金钱松属、雪松属酶谱最简单,最复杂的是铁杉属,其次是落叶松属、黄杉属、油杉属,冷杉属和松属。
