EDS76-BS,是1991年自北京一患有产蛋下降综合征鸡群分离的一株腺病毒,经检测,此毒株发育受IDUR抑制,说明是DNA核酸型病毒,在CsCl密度梯度离心中其浮密度为1.2164-1.3200g/cm~3,抗胰酶、氯仿和乙醚,在pH3中稳定,56℃经过120分钟或60℃经20分钟不失活,能凝集鸡红血球,但不凝集狗、豚鼠、大鼠和家兔红血球。

Objective: To test the hypothesis that acute phase reactants(APRs), such as α1acid glycoprotein (AGP) and α1antitrypsin (AT), provide important protection to human dermal fibroblast(HDFs) against further damage during tissue injury or infection. Methods: HDFs were cultured with DMEM plus 10% BCS at 37℃ in a 5% CO2 atmosphere. Different doses of lipopolysaccharide (LPS )from Pseudomonas aeruginosa and/or AGP (or AT) were supplemented. After 24 h, the semiautomated cell lytic assay was used to determine the survival condition of the HDFs. Results: The LPS from Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed cytotoxicities on HDFs. With the increase of LPS dosage in culture medium, the HDFs cell number decreased. Regression analysis showed a correlation coefficient of -0.892 (P<0.001) for the LPS concentration vs HDFs cell numbers. Both AGP and AT increased LD_30 of LPS on HDFs in a dosedependent fashion. Conclusion: (1) HDFs are susceptible to the directive toxicity of LPS from Pseudomonas aeruginosa; (2) Both AGP and AT are able to reduce the toxicity of LPS and/or increase the tolerance of HDFs to LPS.

目的:探讨急性期反应物α1酸性糖蛋白(AGP)和α1抗胰酶蛋白(AT)对人皮肤成纤维细胞(HDFs)的保护作用。方法:用培养的人皮肤成纤维细胞作为观察对象,分为不同浓度绿脓杆菌脂多糖(LPS)处理组,每个脂多糖处理组再分为不同浓度AGP或AT处理的亚组,用半自动细胞溶解测试法计算残存细胞,并计算绿脓杆菌LPS的30%细胞致死量(LD30)。结果:在存在LPS的环境中,HDFs存活数量减少,其存活数与LPS剂量呈负相关;AGP和AT均能提高HDFs的存活率。结论:绿脓杆菌LPS对HDFs有直接的毒性效应(抑制其增殖,甚至致死),急性期反应物AGP和AT能提高HDFs对绿脓杆菌LPS的耐受性

The patients in the other group had got no operation at the same period. The morbidity of complication and the curative rate were compared. The morbidity of compli cartion in non-operative group(36.8)was lower than operative one (91.7).And the curative rate of non -operative group increased significantly , especially in SAPⅡcases.The treatment of non-operative in the early stage, including the continuous monitoring in ICU;alimentary supporting;using the pancreatin inhibitor;rest the pancreace and early administration of antibiotics can bring a satisfactory therapeutic result.

目的:探讨重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的治疗效果。方法:采取回顾性总结方法对1992年1月~1997年5月收治的86例SAP病例资料,分析发病2周内非手术治疗和手术治疗的并发症发生率以及治愈率。结果:发现经早期非手术治疗使SAP特别是SAPⅡ型的病人并发症发生率大大降低,并提高了疾病的治愈率。结论:在ICU的严密监护下,对SAP患者采用全身支持治疗,使用抗胰酶制剂,胰腺休息治疗,以及预防性应用抗生素等早期非手术治疗取得明显的效果,值得提倡和推广。
