Proposes a new rnethod of multi-sensor data fusion. The method is based on linear empirical Bayesian estimation without accurate distribution of the measured parameter. This method is computationally tractable and has a great application potential in many multi-sensor data fusion problem and signal processing.

In this paper an engineering approach to Bayes reliability analysis of Weibull distribution is proposed. Based on a prior information on the reliability or on the hazard rate, the posterior distributions of reliability parameters, such as reliability, reliable life, are derived.
