The experiment results showed that this process was effective for treating synthetic traditional Chinese medicine wastewater under the hydraulic load of 0.570 m3/(m~2·h)and the air/water ratio of 4∶1; the COD,SS and color in effluent,which averaged 80mg/L,44 mg/L and 35 dilution times,respectively,could satisfy the first-class criteria specified in the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996).
From June to Aug. 2002, we had made further the test of disposing synthesis wastewater at Shanghai Fengxian Sewage Plant Nanpai No. 6 pumping station and acquired preliminary effect.
Based on the characteristics of wastewater,the synthesis wastewater in Chenzhou Cigarette Plant is treated,using air floatation and filtration method,assisted with jetflow aeration in the adjustment tank.
PFS coagulative precipitation—biological contact oxidation technology is adopted to treat the tanning wastewater.
