The emergence rate of 120s group was lower than the check by 36.49% and alomost reached half lethal dosage; 2)The radical and lower plumula axis of 10s-50s groups were longer than those of the check by 7.92-23.7% and 19.93-41.50% respectively. Those of 120s group were shorter than the check by 19.27% and 16.85% respectively; 3) The consumption of dry matter of all 10s-120s laser groups were greater than the check by 10.05-166.14%, withthe 30s the best. The hydrogen peroxidase activity of all laser groups were higher than the check by 0.92-1.83% except that of 120s group which was lower than the check by 1.08%; 4) Both the aboveground and underground fresh weight, dry weight, change of leaf length and width on different position of rape seedlings of all 10s-120s laser group have increased as compared with those of the check; 5) The 10s-120s laser irradiation has increased the relative restoring force of root system by 80.00-186.67%, Thus the chlorophyll a/b value has reduced. In general, if the a/b value is lower, the photosynthesis efficiency will be raised, which will, in turn, benefit the photosynthesis in weak light; 6) The 10s-120s laser irradiation can increase the output by 4.39-27.63%, and the increase sequences are 10s, 30s, 120s, 50s and 20s.

本试验采用CO_2激光照射品种为四月蔓的油菜干种子,研究其对油菜生物学基础的影响,其结果表明:1.737mW/cm~2的CO_2激光10S~50S组能提高种子的发芽指数、活力指数、出苗率和出苗势,其中30S最佳。而120S组的出苗率低于对照36.49%,基本上达到了半致死剂量;2.10S~50S组的胚根和下胚轴长度分别高于对照7.92—23.72%和19.93~41.50%。120S组分别低于对照19.27%和16.85%;3.激光组10S~120S组的种子干物质消耗量均高于对照10.05~166.14%,30S最佳;过氧化氢酶活性除120S组低于对照1.08外,其余均高于对照0.92~1.83%;4.10S~120S激光组油菜幼苗的地上部、地下部的鲜重、干重及不同叶位的叶长、叶宽的变化均高于对照;5.1OS~120S激光辐射提高根系相对还原力80.00~186.67%,使叶绿索a/b值降低,一般来说,a/b值低,光合效率提高,且有利于在弱光下进行光合作用;6.10S~120S激光辐射增产4.39~27.63%,其增产顺序为10S、30S、120S、50S、20S。
