This method is not only more reasonable, but also very convenient to use.In addition, some practical mathematical models of comprehensive evaluation are discussed and contrasted in this paper.

In this paper practical methods of hazard analysis of engineering sites are described by using point source model. First, some relations associated to Poisson model have been reviewed. Secondly, the method of hazard analysis based on point source model and the approximation of ring-like source and arbitrary areal sources by using point sources are discussed. Thirdly, how to consider the uncertainties of various kinds of parameters and how to synthezise the information coming from different aspects in seismic hazard analysis based on point source model are discussed and the corresponding practical analysis method and computer programe for engineering sites are developed. Finally, the practical applications of the above mentioned methods are illustrated by examples.The basic concepts of seismic risk analysis are discussed intuitively and the methods used here are distinct and intelligible in order to pertinent engineer's practical application.

本文以点源模型为基础研究了适合于工程场址进行地震危险性分析的实用方法。首先回顾了在地震危险性分析中应用泊松模型的某些基本关系,根据点源模型的分析方法,讨论了环形和任意形状震源与点源模型的关系,同时也探讨了运用点源模型时如何考虑各种参数的不确定性,以及如何综合来自各种渠道的信息等问题,并在此基础上提出了工程场址地震危险性的实用计算方法和程序,最后用实例对本文方法与常用方法做了比较。本文用比较直观的方法讨论了地震危险性分析的基本概念,所用的分析计算方法简单明瞭,按此法编制的地震危险性分析程序可适用于各种形式的重现关系和衰减规律,便于在实际工程中推广和应用。

The result of the said observation indicates: 1. There exists definite relation bewteen the appearance of forewar- ning and the occurring of earthquake: 2. Uuder the condition of certain magnitude-distance, there is a one -to-one mapping relation bewteen the forewarning and the earthquake; 3. The forewarning wave-pattern differs along with the difference of the location of seismic foci.

本文是作者对震源电磁辐射前兆进行长期观测所取得的认识和结果。作者选择最低频段(0.1-10H_z)为观测频率,使用自制的高效专用天线、改进其他代用天线和接收记录仪器,在四年内接收到远近不等、震级回异的地震前兆一百五十余次。观测结果表明: 1.前兆的出现与地震的发生在时间上有明确的关系,从而为发震时刻的预报提供了依据。 2.在一定的震级距离条件下,前兆与地震有一一对应的关系,从而可初步确认这是一种必然性前兆,且易于探测。 3.震源位置不同,前兆波形也有差异。同一地震带上历次地震的前兆波形颇为相似,据此可用“波形对比法”预报地震三要素,多次试验性内部预报表明,此法有一定的成功率。
