Try to improve the road conditions through some appropriate engineering measures,consummate traffic safety facilities,add traffic protective facilities,design the sections where it’ s ocular distance is not enough in the highway by scientific methods.
This paper concludes the urban signalized intersections into three components: traffic signal control,intersections and the road segments,among which,traffic signal control and intersections are Discrete Event Dynamic Systems(DEDS),while the road segment is the Continuous Variance Dynamic System(CVDS).
Then,with the application of HDS modeling theory,the traffic signal control Petri net model,the road intersection Petri net model,the road segments section traffic flowed model,and the interface between road intersection Petri net model and the road section model are constructed.
