本文用7株单克隆抗体(McAb),疟疾流行区感染病人免疫血清和BALB/c小鼠免疫血清对用~(35)S—蛋氨酸和~(125)Ⅰ—表面标记的恶性疟原虫无性红内期保护性抗原进行了分析。实验结果表明,抑制性McAbs和不同来源的多价免疫血清巳鉴定出10余种功能性靶抗原。两种不同来源的多价免疫血清不但能识别由这7株McAbs所识别的靶抗原而且还能识别140和100KDa以及某些较小分子量的多肽。同时还用抗原竞争试验证实了免疫沉淀靶抗原的特异性。

The antigens of Plasmodium falciparum were labeled with radioactive isotope and immunoprecipitated by immune sera.The target antigens immunoprecipitated were analysed with SDS—PAGE and autoradiography.The results showed that there was different ability of immune sera from child and adults to recognize antigens of Plasmo- dium falciparum.The immune sera from adults with repeated infections could effectively recognize the antigens with molecular weight of 200,140,125,100,83,74,67,45,35, and 27kD.Of which the antigens...

The antigens of Plasmodium falciparum were labeled with radioactive isotope and immunoprecipitated by immune sera.The target antigens immunoprecipitated were analysed with SDS—PAGE and autoradiography.The results showed that there was different ability of immune sera from child and adults to recognize antigens of Plasmo- dium falciparum.The immune sera from adults with repeated infections could effectively recognize the antigens with molecular weight of 200,140,125,100,83,74,67,45,35, and 27kD.Of which the antigens of 200,100,83,74,45,and 27kD could be recognized by immune sera from adults with primary infection.But,the immune serum from a child of primary infcction could only react with the antigen of 45kD.It was suggested that the antigens with molscular weight of 200,100,83,74,45,and 27kD have strong immu- nogenicity and reactinogenicity.These antigens might play an important role in indacing protcctive immunity in the course of Plasmodium falciparum infection.

The polyvalent immune serum of rabbit anti-mouse brain (RAMBS)after absorption with homologous erythrocytes,bone marrow cells and splenic cells was able to re-duce the number of CFU-S in bone marrow to 83%(in vitro) and 55% (in vivo).
