本文针对国外近年来在高速切削加工中切削条件优化的研究进展作了较为全面的综述。基于高速切削工艺的高效、精密和柔性的基本特征,从刀具使用条件、刀具走刀路径的优化、刀具切削用量的优化以及刀具长径比的优化等方面展开讨论。为我国高速切削过程切削条件优化研究应用提供借鉴。

First, the CAM system in the CIMS environment implemented is introduced summarily, then the need to optimize NC program in CAM is brought forward. To meet this requirement, classical "Travelling Salesman Issue" mathematical model is utilized, and manufacturing procedure of many holes of side frame is optimized. Therefore, the shortest tool path made out is realized during manufacturing of plentiful features, thus machining time is shortened and machining efficiency is increased.

After obtaining the contour of SSD, the edge of “isolated island” is known. This hogging method will avoid many invalid tool paths in rough processing and therefore greatly raise the working efficiency.

提出了大型曲面的荒加工概念 ,它是对加工余量较大的区域进行的局部加工 ,是粗加工的预处理。其关键之处在于如何求取“荒岛”的边界 ,由此确定荒加工区域 ,安排走刀路径。利用基于 Herm ite离散点曲面造型的新算法构造了余量分布曲面 ,避开了毛坯面与零件曲面等距面的求交问题 ,求取余量分布曲面的等高线即可获得“荒岛”的边界。荒加工能减少大量空行程 ,大幅度提高加工效率。
