In this paper, the mathematical model of catalysts behavior andreaction in FCC riser was built according to the equations of massbalance, momentum balance, heat balance and the reaction dynamics.Solving for a commercial FCC riser unit was obtained by Runge-Kuttamethod. It describes the reaction and the velocity, density in theriser very well. As a special example, the formula of the particles friction forcegiven by Kano Takeshi was deduced from these equations built in thispaper.

本文用机理与经验相结合的方法,对某炼油厂催化裂化提升管反应器建立了稳态数学模型.根据生产过程的特点,在非线性模型基础上提出了线性化模型和参数校正模型,以提高数学模型的实用性.

Several models are developed for FCC regeneration process in a riser-rege-nerator.The axial profiles of temperature,oxygen concentration and coke contentof catalyst in the riser are predicted at different operating conditions.Thesimulation results show that when the G_(?)/G_(?) ration is kept in lower level,the coke content of regenerated catalyst at CSTR solid flow pattern is lowerthan that at PF solid flow pattern and vice versa.The simu lation results arein good agreement with the industrial data.

本文根据快速流化床基本流体力学与传递规律,结合催化裂化催化剂再生动力学规律,开发了催化裂化提升管式再生器的数学模型及其相应的模拟软件系统。通过模拟计算,研究了催化剂为平推流(PF)和催化剂为全混流(CSTR)时的再生规律。计算结果表明,当内外循环比(再生剂循环速率 G_(?)/待生剂循环速率 G_(?))较小时,催化剂为全混流时的再生效果优于催化剂为平推流时的再生效果,当内外循环比较大时,再生效果发生逆转,这一结果可供设计、强化和改善提升管再生器烧焦过程时参考。
