The stiched and bonede repair of delamination problem of laminated cmposite plates is investigated.Considering characteristics of repaired laminated plates, the delamination model and finite element analysis method by using the first-order shear deformation theory are performed. In the analysis, the sitching and bonding effects are taken into account separately or all together. The result shows that proposed method coincides with experiment .It is shown that composite structures designed in a variety of configurations...

The result shows that proposed method coincides with experiment .It is shown that composite structures designed in a variety of configurations and a wide range of load intensities can effectively be repaired almost to all their original dynamic strength.The conclusion provides evaluation foundation for the repairs of damaged laminated composite plate with delamination.

本文工作是通过对含不同大小分层层合板结构分析 ,讨论拉伸和剪切修复刚度对含层间分层损伤复合材料层合板振动特性的影响。基于修补分层损伤结构变形特点 ,将含损层合板的基板、上子板和下子板采用Mindlin板单元离散 ,而损伤区修复效应以虚拟连接单元模拟 ,建立相应的有限元分析模型和计算方法。通过对含损层合板的振动分析 ,讨论并验证本文提出的修复分层损伤模拟连接单元模型的可能性和正确性 ,依据拉抻和剪切修复刚度对含损层合板固有频率的分别影响与综合影响 ,得到对分层损伤复合材料层合板修补的指导性原则。

Shape memory polymer(SMP) is a kind of polymer material memorizing its former shape, having the characters of plastics and rubbers. Its shape memory mechanism is discussed and a new thinking is put forward to use the character of the lowing of the elastic modulus with the increase of the temperature to make the stiffness-controlling test specimen. It is successfully tested and verified in the model experiment. The result showes it is simple and reliable and has the practical application value.

形状记忆聚合物(SMP)是一类具有“记忆”初始形状功能的高分子材料,兼具塑料和橡胶的特性。描述了其形状记忆机理,提出利用SMP的弹性模量随温度升高而降低的特性,用其制作刚度可控构件的新思路,并在模型试验中成功地进行了验证,结果表明该损伤模拟方法简单可靠,有实际应用的价值。

Compressive properties of composite laminates after low velocity impact are one of the most serious circumstances that must be taken into account in damage tolerance design of composite structures. In order to investigate compressive properties of composite laminates after low velocity impact, three dimensional dynamic finite element method (FEM) was used to simulate low_velocity impact damage of 2 kinds of composite laminates firstly. Damage distributions and projective damage areas of the laminates were predicted...

Compressive properties of composite laminates after low velocity impact are one of the most serious circumstances that must be taken into account in damage tolerance design of composite structures. In order to investigate compressive properties of composite laminates after low velocity impact, three dimensional dynamic finite element method (FEM) was used to simulate low_velocity impact damage of 2 kinds of composite laminates firstly. Damage distributions and projective damage areas of the laminates were predicted under two impact energy levels. The analyzed damage after impact was considered to be the initial damage of the laminates under compressive loads. Then three dimensional static FEM was used to simulate the compressive failure process and to calculate residual compressive strengths of the impact damaged laminates. It is achieved to simulate the whole process from initial low_velocity impact damage to final compressive failure of composite laminates. Compared with experimental results, it shows that the numerical predicting results agree with the test results fairly well.

 为了分析复合材料层合板低速冲击后的压缩性能,首先用三维动态有限元素法对两种层合板进行了低速冲击损伤模拟计算,以此作为冲击后压缩(CAI)层合板的初始损伤,然后用三维静态有限元对含损伤的层合板进行压缩破坏模拟和剩余强度计算,从而实现了层合板从冲击损伤到压缩破坏损伤全过程的模拟· 结果表明,损伤投影面积和CAI强度的计算值与试验结果有较好的一致性·
