The water resistance experiment uses the water resistance as simulation load for locomotives. The experiment can measure the speed of the diesel engine、the voltage of the main alternator、the current of the main alternator、 the voltage of the tachogenerator、the current of the tachogenerator etc through adjusting the water resistance and simulating various working conditions.
The device testing environment with load and high temperature used in experiments of electronic device in load and high temperature is introduced. The temperature measuring and control system of this testing device consists of ultrared heating device,temperature control room,simulation load,electrical power control board and single chip microcomputer. The single chip microcomputer AT89C52 is the center of this system.
By analyzing the dynamic characteristics of welding arcs and the characteristics of IGBT,an electronic analog load of welding arcs was designed and a new experimental method for the dynamic characteristic test of arc welding power source was proposed.
In this method, the dynamic characteristic variation of the welding arc in actual welding process is simulated by using IGBT as the rheostat and is evaluated by the dynamic electronic parameters of arc welding power sources. Technique research on the designed electronic analog load was then carried out.
Third, the paper illustrates the operation principle of the simulated load system-magnetic power braker, and designs the waveform generator, protection circuit and drive module of magnetic power braker.
