300 patients with cerebral ischemia were divided at rardom into three groups, treated with Salviae Miltiorrhizae and low molecular dextran, chirismus(to correct micro anatomic variation), chirismus plus Salviae Miltiorrhizae and low molecular dextran, respectively. The data showed that the curative effects of chirismus were better than those of medicine, χ 2=6.02, P<0.05. But chirismus plus medicine got the best results (effective rate 98%), compared with the curative effects of chirismus, χ 2=7.69, P<0.05,...

将300例慢性脑缺血患者随机分为药物治疗,手法治疗,手法加药物治疗3个组,分别用丹参及低分子右旋糖酐治疗、单纯手法纠正微解剖变异治疗、手法纠正微解剖变异辅以丹参及低分子右旋糖酐治疗,结果对比显示单纯手法治疗较单纯药物疗效明显,χ2=6.02,P<0.05。而手法加药物效果更为有效,有效率达98%,与手法组比χ2=7.69,P<0.05,与药物治疗组比,效果更明显,χ2=24.40,P<0.01,为治疗慢性脑缺血病提供了一种新的治疗方法和手段。

目的研究慢性脑缺血对青、老年大鼠学习记忆的影响。方法永久性结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉,用Morris水迷宫测试大鼠逃避潜伏期和平台象限泳距百分比。结果缺血1月,青年和老年大鼠平均逃避潜伏期均大于同龄对照组,P<0.01;缺血3月,青年鼠平均逃避潜伏期大于对照组,P<0.01,和缺血1月组间差异不显著;老年鼠大于同龄对照组和缺血1月组,P<0.01。青年缺血1月和3月组平台象限泳距百分比均小于对照组,P<0.01;老年对照组、缺血1月组及缺血3月组平台象限泳距百分比间差异不显著。结论慢性脑缺血可在一定水平损害青年大鼠的学习与记忆,并进行性损害老年大鼠的学习能力,但对老年大鼠空间记忆的影响不显著。

The improving effect of Huanglian Jiedu Tang extract (HJTE) on learning and memory in cerebral ischemia mice was studied by step through method and water maze method.The experimental results showed that whth HJTE ig in the dose of 0.5g/kg,1.0g/kgx,step through error numbers of cerebral ischemia mice were significantly reduced and step through latency was notably deferred,that in the dose of 0.5g/kg,1.0g/kg and 2.0g/kg,current response numbers of water maze test were markedly increased in cerebral ischemia mice and MDA content of brain was siginficantly inhibited.

采用避暗法和水迷宫法研究了黄连解毒汤提取物对实验性慢性脑缺血小鼠的作用。结果表明,黄连解毒汤提取物05g/kg、10g/kg能显著减少脑缺血小鼠避暗错误次数,并延长其钻洞潜伏期;提取物05g/kg、10g/kg和20g/kg均能显著增加脑缺血小鼠在水迷宫中的正确反应次数;且对脑缺血小鼠脑内丙二醛的生成有显著抑制作用。
