本文论述了在电力系统信息采集与事件顺序记录系统中,若以断路器的辅助接点动作信息作为事件记录的依据,在某些情况下所得到的事件顺序记录可能是不真实的。在此基础上,文中提出了电力系统元件动作的依据为元件电流,并确定了元件电流的检测模型,采用很简单的电路得到了元件动作的实时信息。由此得到的事件顺序记录是可信的,其分辨率是确实的。

Computer network for transferring grid real—time data is an important part of the grid automatic dispatching system. Establishing a computer network for transferring real—time data between provincial dispatching center and regional dispatching centers will have a great significance. 本文讨论了根据SCADA的实时信息,自动装置动作信息进行推理和对故障部件进行判断、提供事故压缩警报信息、对事故后电网未来安全状况作初步判断的专家系统。它与事故处理专家系统紧密结合,可组成统一的电力系统事故判断和处理专家系统。程序用CC-PROLOG和FORTRAN语言编写,在VAX785机上运行,目前处于现场调试阶段。
