    制革废水中的污染物成份复杂,浓度高,其处理工艺也较为复杂。综合制革废水的处理研究成果及其运行实践经验,拟定了一套清浊分流,分隔治理,包括生化在内的二级处理工艺,最终的处理效果达到国家排放标准。该工艺的一级处理,适合于乡镇企业中小型制革厂,二级生化处理工艺,适合大型制革厂的废水处理。

    The technology of chromo recovery and biocontact oxidation- coagulation sedimentation for tannery wastewator treatment are introduced. It works well. Biostage adopting biocontact oxidation is a new try and some experiences for tannery wastewater treatment are accumulated

    本文着重介绍制革废水处理中,经分隔治理,再采用生物接触氧化和气浮工艺的实际应用,运行效果良好。其中生化级采用生物接触氧化单元是新的尝试,为同类废水的处理积累了一定的经验。

    Brief introduction of the application of oxidation ditch technique to treatment of wastewater from leather fabrication, and the relevant parameters for design oxidation ditch were presented. The commissioning result showed that with proper operation and management, mud expansion and decomposition would not occur. The removal rate of CODcr, BOD5 and NH3-N could reach more than 80%, 85% and 75% respectively. Water chemistry of effluent was also stable.

    介绍了氧化沟处理技术在制革废水处理工程中的应用,提出了氧化沟设计的有关参数。经调试运行结果表明,制革废水采用氧化沟处理技术,只要操作管理得当,不会产生污泥膨胀和解体现象,COD_(Cr)、BOD_5和NH_3-N的去除率可分别达到80%、85%、75%以上,出水水质稳定。
