In the past, concrete durability may decline owing to limitations of adjusting water -cement ratio and cement amount in design of enwidened strength range mixing proportion, and workable property of standard mixing proportion isn't compatible with that of enwidened strength range mixing proportion because of objective law between water -cement ratio and sand percentage isn't used in the determination of sand percentage value. The present method solve all above problems. It's simple, easy to be grasped, and convenient to be utilized. It can make composition of concrete become much more reasonable.

本文提出了扩大强度范围配合比单位用水量、调整水灰比和砂率等参数的设计原则及方法,进而从理论上推导出以水泥和砂等体积代换设计扩大强度范围配合比的方法。该法不但克服了以往设计扩大强度范围配合比时,由于所选择的调整水灰比、水泥用量具有局限性,可能使混凝土耐久性下降,以及不按水灰比与砂率之间的客观规律确定砂率值,而使基准配合比与扩大强度范围配合比和易性不能同步等弊端。而且此法简单、容易掌握、便于应用、理论性强,使混凝土混合料各组成材料之间更为合理。
