In recent years, optical multtchannel ana-lyzer (OMA) has been in rapid progress, such as the improvement of the detecting sensitivety, the in-crease of the number of pixels, and the enhancement of processing functions of computer. These have brought about the development of weak image detection.

An analog decoder of FSK with switch-capacitor technology and pass-zero detection technology is presented. Simulations design are based on the 0.6μm DPDM Bsim3 CMOS model and by using Cadence and Matlab tools. It is shown that excellent sensitivity up to43dBm can be obtained.

基于CMOS开关电容技术和FSK过零检测解调技术,采用0.6μm的DPDM CMOS工艺,完成了一种FSK模拟解调集成电路的设计,并采用Cadence和Matlab工具进行仿真。结果表明该设计具有很好的解调灵敏度,达到-43dBm。
