This paper is an introduction of timeliness-measurement system for roughness of cast surface using microprocessor. The system adopts the microprocessor Apple-II. The system is featured; display in Chinese, printing the parameters of roughness of cast surface and drawing the curve of outline roughness of cast surface. It is convenient to equip the hardware. The timeliness test and nontimeliness manipulation are applied to design software. The error of whole ystem is limited within 0.5%.

In this paper, a three-dimensional measuring system for surface asperities is described, in which a microcomputer is interfaced to a stylus profilometer. This system is simple in construction and convenient to use and proved capable of handling a large amounts of data, computing the surface characteristics, and giving the visual perception of surface asperities, i. e. perspective view, cross-section view and contour map. Some results of measurement of several typical surfaces were also shown in this paper.

本文介绍采用触针式轮廓仪与通用微型机相连的表面三维形貌测量系统。该系统结构简单、使用方便,具有图形信息和数字信息处理软件,能完成轴测图,截面图、等高线图等的绘制以及三维粗糙度参数的计算。文中给出了典型表面形貌的实测结果。
