The optimum conditions of the synthesis of butanediol from butynediol by continuous hydrogenation in water under a pressure of 4MPa H2 with a self prepared 0. 6 Pd/C catalyst were searched. The experimental results prove that the selectivity of butanediol is better under the conditions of higher H2 pressure and lower basicity; therreaction rate is faster under the conditions of higher temperature,higher loading of catalyst and higher concentration of reactant.

本文用自制的0.6%(W)Pd/C催化剂在间歇水相中4.0MPa氢压附近进行了丁炔二醇连续加氢合成1,4—丁二醇的最佳反应条件研究。实验证实:在较高氢压和低碱性条件下可使选择性提高;在较高的反应温度、催化剂载量和较高的反应物浓度下可使反应速度提高。
