According to the experience of the hydropower station dipatching and the calculation of the reservoir regulation, are worked out the alternative dispatching decisions for various possible states of reservoir and formed the fuzzy control rules of the hydropower station dispatching. The hydropower station dispatching factors can be looked up in the Control Rule Table...

Based on the characteristics of the hydropower station dispatching, this paper presents a fuzzy control rule of the hydropower station dispatching. According to the experience of the hydropower station dipatching and the calculation of the reservoir regulation, are worked out the alternative dispatching decisions for various possible states of reservoir and formed the fuzzy control rules of the hydropower station dispatching. The hydropower station dispatching factors can be looked up in the Control Rule Table and the affiliation of each factor to the fuzzy subset is determined so as to get the dispatching decision. This method can make the dispatching experience of resesvoris be expressed by mathematical equations, thus being easy to realize the automatic control of reservoirs. A practical example has been given in this paper.

本文针对水电站水库调度的特点,提出了水电站调度的模糊控制律法。根据水电站调度经验和水库调节计算,作出多种可能水库状态下的调度决策,形成水电站调度模糊控制律。实用中,根据水电站调度因子的状态查控制律表,并以各因子对其模糊子集的隶属度作权重,加权计算即可求得调度决策。该方法能够将水库调度经验数学化,便于自动控制。文中还给出了实例。
