The main study achievements include:(1) Intelligent integrated optimal control techniqueBased on the analysis of the characteristics of the Lead-Zinc sintering process and control problems, the basic frame of the intelligent integrated optimal control is proposed, which includes the three part of basic concept, integrated structure and system building.
The finite element dynamic model for integrated structures containing distributed piezoelectric sensors and actuators (S/As) is formulated with a new piezoelectric plate bending element in this paper. The problem of active vibration control and suppression of integrated structures is investigated under constant gain negative velocity feedback control law. A general method for active vibration control and suppression of integrated structures is presented.

In this paper we have designed on the semi-insulating GaAs substrate an integrated structure which contains a double hetero-structure DH laser and a metal semiconductor field effect transistor MESFET. An experimental integrated chip is made by use of liquid-phase-epitaxy technique. The static characteristics of the MESFET and DH-laser are tested and some essential problems which are of inportance to the structure design and chip production are discussed.
In the present article the relationship has been explored between Group Technology System and CIMS from the angle of ideology, informational integration, structural function and systematic hierarchy. It points out that advanced Group Technology System "plus" CAQ system is equal to CIMS of manufacturing, which is an effective way of technological transformations——to implement different hierarchical Group Technology Systems and accomplish a gradual transition to CIMS in Chinese manufacturing enterprises.
This paper described a novel thermopile detector for infrared horizon sensors. A double-row Si thennop le composing of 112 Bi-Sb thermal couples has been developed by using integrated circuit process and micromachining technology. Experimental results showed its high sensitivity and stability. The resistance of the thermopile was 10±1kΩ, responsivity 0.9～1.2 V/W and time constant <100 ms.
