The effects of these two drugs on platelets were shown to be directly propotional to the amount of the drug added to the blood, The effects of both drugs are basically the same. The effects of these drugs on the ultrastructure of platelets are similar to those of thrombin.

为了探讨止血作用机制,本文用电子显微镜技术进行了菊三七与参三七对豚鼠血小板超微结构影响的研究。结果表明:10%菊三七注射液与10%参三七注射均能使血小板发生伸展伪足、聚集、变形等粘性变形运动;能使血小板细胞膜破损和部分溶解;能使血小板产生脱颗粒等分泌反应,从而诱致血小板释放ADP、血小板因子Ⅲ和Ca~(2+)等止血活性物质而达到止血作用。对血小板的影响程度与用药剂量成正比。两药作用程度基本相同,作用方式相似。它们对血小板超微结构的影响似与凝血酶类似。本研究结果对菊三七、参三七治疗出血性疾病有临床指导意义。对参三七治疗严重冠心病提出怀疑。

Control study of platelet adhesivenessand aggregations induced by ADP, epineph-rine, collagen and ristocetin in 20 patientswith CMPD and 20 healthy volunteerswas done. The platelets from thirteenpatients and the eight volunteers wereexamined by transmission electron micros-copy. Control study of platelet adhesivenessand aggregations induced by ADP, epineph-rine, collagen and ristocetin in 20 patientswith CMPD and 20 healthy volunteerswas done. The platelets from thirteenpatients and the eight volunteers wereexamined by transmission electron micros-copy. The results showed that the plateletaggregation rates of the patients inducedby ADP, epinephrine, collagen were lowerthan those of the control group. Plateletadhesiveness of the patients was lowerthan that of the control group. Basing onour study, we are unable to demonstratea definite correlation between plateletfunction alteration and clinical bleedingor thrombosis. The electron microscopic examinationshowed that the number of dense body ofthe platelets in patients with CMPD waslower than those of the control, but theα-granule existed no significant differencebetween them. Our result confirms theexistence of storage pool deficiency inCMPD, which may account for the abnor-malities in platelet adhesiveness and ag-gregation. The platelet aggregation rate inducedby ristocetin was significantly lower in thepatients with CMPD, we speculate thatthe acquired von Willebrand's diseasemight be one of the factors of bleedingin the CMPD patients.

作者对照研究了20例CMPD患者和20例正常人的血小板功能,并观察了其中 13例患者和 8例正常人的血小板超微结构。发现CMPD患者血小板粘附功能与ADP、肾上腺素、胶原、瑞斯脱霉素所诱导的血小板聚集功能均降低,血小板内致密颗粒数减少。由此表明CMPD 患者具有血小板粘附与聚集功能障碍。作者认为这种功能障碍可能是导致患者出血和血栓形成的主要原因;但从本研究结果还看不出血小板功能变化与患者出血和血栓形成的临床表现之间有何平行关系。

The bone marrow cells of the patients with Epidemic hemorrhage fever in different stages were observed with transmisscn electron microscope. The ultra-structure changes were observed in the white blocd cells and platelets. When the Vero-E_6 cells were cultured with patient's bone marrow,the EHF viruses were found in it.The changes cf the structure and function of the bone marrow cells were caused by the reproduction of the virus in the bone marrow.

对不同病期流行性出血热病人的骨髓细胞,进行了电镜观察,可见白细胞和血小板的超微结构发生不同程度的变化。以病人骨髓接种的Vero-E_6细胞,经过培养、传代,在细胞中观察到流行性出血热病毒。骨髓细胞的变化则是病毒在骨髓中增殖,引起损伤的结果。
