目的 :探讨康复期精神病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响因素及干预评价。方法 :采用 (SAS、SDS)对 110例康复期精神病患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪进行评估 ,使用多元逐步回归分析筛选其影响因素 ,并实施相应的干预措施。结果 :影响因素为 :担心出院后影响工作、住院次数、病程、单位经济效益差。进行干预前后焦虑症状的发生率为 35 5 %和 8 2 % ,抑郁症状发生率为 46 4%和 16 .4%。结论 :有效的干预可缓解康复期精神病患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective To understand effects of comprehension family intervention on relatives with schizophrenic family community.Methods Selected randomly 186 cases of schizophrenic family in Baosham District making comprehension family Intervention-Conrtol study for a year,86 families of intervention group were accepted comprehension intervention and community service,100 families of control group only were accepted comprehension service.All relatives were valuated by using SAS,CES-D,FIS scales and cognitive status quesionnaire which self-designed in pre-post intervention.Results Relatives of intervention group were better than of Control Group on most apects occurs rates of depression and anxiety was respectively reduced 33.23%and 76.91 %.fis was reduced 40.6%.compared with Control group ,above data was significant. 90.7 %relatives of Intervention Group were positive to intervention access.Conclusion Comprehension family intervention has good effects on relatives with schizophrenia,it suggested that it should be as comprehension service.

目的 了解综合式家庭干预对社区精神分裂症家属的效果。方法 在宝山区随机抽取 1 86例精神分裂症进行一年的综合式家庭干预对照研究 ,干预组 86例接受综合式家庭干预和常规社区服务 ,对照组 1 0 0例仅接受常规社区服务。干预前后分别对患者家属进行 SAS、CES- D、FIS量表和自编家属认知状况调查表的评定。结果 干预组家属对有关疾病知识掌握较干预前有显著提高 ,自身焦虑、抑郁的发生率分别减少 33.2 3%和 76.91 % ,家庭照料负担减轻40 .6% ,与对照组比效果显著 ,90 .7%对干预的评价是肯定的。结论 综合式家庭干预对患者家属有良好的效果 ,应纳入常规社区服务。

Objective To explore the study and method of the effective intervention strategies on problem behaviors for children and adolescents in USA.Methods Using a review-of-review approach,general preventive principles and evaluative criteria of problem behavior were discussed;the effective family intervention approaches and community-school intervention way (GTO) were analyzed.Results Nine characteristics were consistently associated with the successful prevention programs,three family-focused intervention approaches- parents' behavior training,family skill training and family therapy,and thirteen principles could promote family prevention. Successful interventions contain the involvement of prevention practitioners and community residents in community-level intervention.Conclusion Based on the ecological theory of Bronferbrenner,integrating multiple-system ways could promote effectively interventional practice of problem behaviors.

目的 探讨美国对儿童、青少年问题行为有效干预的研究方法。方法 采用回顾评论法 ,讨论预防问题行为的原则和干预的评价标准 ,分析有效家庭干预的途径以及社区 -学校协作干预的GTO法。结果 成功的预防项目与九条原则有关。父母行为训练、家庭技能训练和家庭治疗的途径及有关的十三条原则可促进家庭的预防干预。成功的社区水平干预涉及干预人员和社区居民的共同参与。结论 以勃朗芬勃伦纳的生态理论为基础 ,多系统整合性方法可有效地促进问题行为的干预实践
