The following work has been done in this paper. Analyzing the shape of vertical section of material flow in the vertical Spiral conveyer at work; Discovering the cause of power-wasting in the working conveyer; Finding out the optimum work-state of the conveyer; Pointing out the reasonable range of pitches of the spiral wing; Deriving the formula of the optimum rotative velocity for a giving flow rate of material.

本文通过对在立式螺旋输送机螺道内的料流剖面形状的分析,揭示了在该机工作中导致附加阻力的出现、引起动力的浪费的原因,找出了避免浪费的最佳工作状态,给出了螺距选择的合理范围,导出了在指定产量要求下机轴的最佳转速的计算公式。从而为立式螺旋输送机的设计提供了新的改进方案。

The blend ratio of Ramie/PET Yarns is tried to be measured and estimated with the image-processing technique. Based on the cross-sectional features of ramie and PET fibers, the characteristic parameters have been obtainedby shape recognition. The two main characteristic vectors and their corresponding thresholds have been found and optimized, so that the auto-recognition of the different component fibers in the cross-section of the blended yarn can be achieved and the real blend ratio can be evaluated automatically....
