In this paper,the authors consider that,for the tube-settler,different cross-sectional shaped tubes give different settling areas. The new oblique tube-settler with nearly rhombohedral cross-sectional tubes gives larger settling area than those old ones that are with honeycomb cross-sectional tubes. The results of the pilot experiment show that the new tube settler with larger settling area gives better settling effect than the old, with smaller area ones.

本文通过对不同斜管断面形状的分析,指出斜管断面形状不同,其沉淀面积也不同,沉淀面积较大的斜管,应有较高的沉淀效率,从而设计出比蜂窝斜管沉淀面积更大的近菱形斜管。通过模型及半生产性试验研究证实,近菱形斜管确实是比蜂窝斜管沉淀效率更高的新型斜管沉淀装置。

本文根据岩样直切口三点弯试验的载荷—加载点位移曲线形状的分析和刚度理论,认为可用普通材料试验机作出直切口三点弯试验最大载荷后的加卸载循环,并得到试验验证。用大理岩和花岗岩标准短棒试件试验得出反复加卸载对岩石抵抗裂纹扩展能力(即K_(1C))的影响。根据四种试件的断裂韧度试验结果,从理论和实验上论述了直切口三点弯试验与V形切口试验同样存在“塑性”影响,提供了直切口三点弯试验的“塑性”修正方法。
