为了寻找新的荧光粉基质材料,本文研究了紫外线、阴极射线和 X 射线激发下,三价铕激活的(Y,Gd)_2O_2S 二元体系的发射光谱、发光颜色和发光亮度等发光特性随基质组成变化的规律性,并研究了三价铕离子浓度对固溶体(Y_(0.7)Gd_(0.2))_2O_2S 发光性能的影响。结果表明,在 Y_2O_2S 中加入 Gd,明显地提高了在阴极和 X 射线激发下的发光亮度。Eu~(3+)离子激活的稀土硫氧化物是一类高效率的荧光材料,早在六十年代就已将 Y_2O_2S:Eu 用作彩色电视显象管的红色荧光粉。近年来又有人将 Eu~(3+)激活的硫氧化钇及稀土硫氧化物固溶体用于低压显示器件中,但 Eu~(3+)激活的稀土硫氧化物固溶体的研究文献中报道不多,缺乏系统的研究。为了寻找新的荧光粉基质材料,本文首先合成了(Y_(1-x)Gd_x)_2O_2S:Eu固溶体试样,较系统地研究了它们的基质组成与发射光谱、发光颜色、发光亮度、发光的衰减以及粒度的关系。在此基础上,又讨论了(Y_(0.7)Gd_(0.3))_2O_2S 作为基质时,Eu~(3+)离子浓度对该固溶体发光性能的影响。

In this paper,we report the preparation and luminescence properties of theEu~(3+) activated Y_2O_3,La_2O_3,Gd_2O_3,Lu_2O_3 and Y_2O_2S,La_2O_3S,Gd_2O_2S,Lu_2O_2Sred phosphors.Experiment have proved that luminescence properties of the phos-phor of taking Gd_2O_2S as host is the very best of its kind,and La_2O_2S is thehost which has a great future.

本文报道了铕激活的氧化钇、氧化镧、氧化钆、氧化镥及钇、镧、钆、镥的硫氧化物红色荧光粉的制备与其发光性质。实验证明以硫氧化钆为基质的荧光粉发光性能最佳,而硫氧化镧则为一种很有发展前途的基质。

A rms diviation was not larger than 11 cm ̄-1. The assign-ment of symmetry species for the crvstal-levels of of Eu ̄3+ was made.

在21500cm ̄(-1)~11500cm ̄(-1)区间内测量了红色荧光粉Gd_2O_2S:Eu的室温(300K)乃低温(77K)荧光光谱,认定了Gd_2O_2S:Eu ̄(3+)77K的122条谱线和300K的96条谱线的跃迁属性.利用 ̄7F_J的实验能级并考虑到中间耦合和J混杂效应,对Gd_2O_2S中Eu ̄(3+)的晶体场进行了计算。得到了77K及300K时的6个晶体场专数及晶体中的7个“自由离子能量”专数。拟合计算的均方差不大于11cm ̄(-1),初步指认了 ̄7F_J各斯塔克能级的对称属性。
