The problem of lightning progressive wave protection for electrified railway traction substation of our country has been studied in this paper. Eight different methods of lightning-protection for traction substation have been analysed and compared with on their reliability. The protection reliability of the zinc-oxide arrester and that of the type FZ-35 valve attester have been calculated respectively, When any one of the two devices is adopted in substation. The impact on reliability of lightning-protection has been analysed for these three cases; Lightning-resistant coil erected in circuit exit, Layout of arrester, and characteristics of arrester. Rational protection measures are to be recommended. The results may be used for lightning-protection in designing traction substation.

本文对我国电气化铁道牵引变电所的雷电进行波保护问题进行了研究。对八种不同的牵引变电所防雷保护方式进行了可靠性分析和比较;并分别计算了变电所内采用氧化锌避雷器和FZ-35型避雷器保护时变电所的可靠性;分析了线路出口处安装抗雷圈,避雷器布置和避雷器特性对变电所防雷可靠性的影响。推荐了合理的保护方式。所得结果,可供设计牵引变电所防雷保护使用。

The article is a summary of the research on insulation, over voltage and insulation co ordination for the traction system of our national electrified railway. The article is a summary of the research on insulation, over voltage and insulation co ordination for the traction system of our national electrified railway. In view of the switching over voltage level for the traction system of electrified railway, we have simulated the switching over voltage level for the AT system, BT system, direct feeding system, parallel compensation in the substation, and the electric locomotive by the EMTP program. We have tested the switching over voltage level for part of the line, and the electric locomotives. We have concluded that the switching over voltage level is under 2 5 times the standard, with the use of the zinc oxide arresters. Therefore, according to the 2 5 times, the highest level of operating voltage, it would be safe to select equipment for the system. The result of research also proves that in case equipment under polluted conditions, its insulation level should be decided by related standards, and which has uniform interface for the correlative equipment and there should be a unified interface between it and other related equipment. Study on the flashover due to dirt on top of the locomotive is specifically made. The study results say that it is due to the poor matching of insulation of the locomotive and the insulation of the catenaries on top of the locomotive and the insulation level is low. Methodology is provided to address this issue. In the end the paper points out more issues to be further studied relating to question of insulation, over voltage and insulation co-ordination for the traction system of electrified railway.

针对电气化铁道牵引系统的内过电压水平 ,在利用EMTP程序对AT、BT和直供 3种供电方式和变电所无功补偿装置、电力机车内过电压水平进行模拟计算 ,以及对部分线路、电力机车的内过电压水平进行校验测试 ,可以得出在采用氧化锌避雷器作为限制内过电压水平的措施后 ,电气化铁道牵引系统的内过电压水平在 2 5倍以下的结论。因此 ,依据 2 5倍系统最高工作电压选择系统内设备的绝缘水平对设备的安全运行是有可靠保障的。研究结果还表明 ,污秽条件下的设备绝缘水平必须依照相关的技术标准要求确定 ,并且相关设备之间应该有统一的界面。文章着重对目前电力机车车顶绝缘频繁污闪进行了研究 ,指出主要原因是车顶绝缘与接触网绝缘配合不当、绝缘水平偏低、缺乏相应的标准所至 ,并且提出了解决的方法

The input Voltage of traction supply system is 220 kV for the electrified railway Haerbin Dalian. The transmission line to traction substation Wanggang uses union method of 220 kV XLPE cable and head line. In order to choose insulation level of the cable, possible lightning and switching overvoltage are calculated in this paper. Results of calculation indicate that biggest switching overvoltage is 458 kV, and biggest lightning overvoltage is 1 349 kV. Referred to national and international related standards and literatures, it is devised that the protecting measures of adopting independent lightning rod, reducing tower's grounding resistance, adding zinc oxide lightning arrester. On the base, the insulation co ordination methods for the cable are put forward.

哈尔滨至大连电气化铁道高压供电系统的额定电压为 2 2 0 k V,王岗牵引变电站进线采用两相 2 2 0 k V交联聚乙烯 (XL PE)电缆与架空线联合供电方式。这样的供电方式国内没有先例 ,缺乏设计规范。为了正确选择XL PE电缆的绝缘水平 ,对过电压进行了仿真计算。计算结果表明 ,最大操作过电压达到 4 5 8k V,最大雷电过电压达到了 1349k V,必须采取有效的保护措施才能选择适当的电缆。参照国内外有关标准和文献 ,设计了采用独立避雷针、减小铁塔接地电阻、增加氧化锌避雷器等综合保护措施的方案 ,在此基础上提出了 XL PE电缆及其附件的绝缘配合意见。
