In the formallism, knowledge of grammar and word structure arc represented as a massively parcllcl notwork explicitly,in which nodes are active units with local memory and house-keeping procedures. The control scheme of the model combines the advantage of parallelism of conncctionist model and marker passing algorithms. It parses sentence bottom-up with the assistence of top-down expectation propagation to improve its effcciency. It scans a sentence from left to right, explores all alternatives in parallel and generates all plausible parses as output.

he computational complexity of default reasoning has sparked interest in the possibility of determining extension in parallel. The Parallel Network Inference Algorithm (PNIA) of Etherington has supplied default reasoning with an effective approach,but it can’t compute all extensions,i. e., there is a problem of incompleteness in PNIA. In order to solve this problem, this paper presents a new parallel network inference algorithm.

DR positive dendritic cells in adult pancreas were more complete and mature than those in fetus, and that the immunogenicity of fetal pancreas may be more weak than that of adult pancreas. But there were still a number of HLA-A, B, C, DR antigens in fetal pancreas, the rejection of the fetal pancreas would be not less weak than that of adult pancreas.

对24例胎胰及3例成人胰腺用HLA-A、B、C、DR单克隆抗体进行免疫组织化学法染色,观察其阳性细胞的形态和分布,并行网络计数。HLA-A、B、C、DR抗原主要表达于淋巴样细胞与树突状细胞,胎龄愈大阳性细胞数愈少,但树突状细胞比例增大。提示成人胰腺内HLA-A、B、C、DR抗原阳性树突状细胞比胎胰内的更成熟,因而胎胰的免疫原性比成人低。但胎胰内含有大量HLA抗原,一旦被启动则排斥反应不弱于成人胰腺。
