Personalized active design knowledge service(PADKS) systems provide active, accurate and just-in-time design knowledge services for design users using the similarities between a user's activities and those between design users. This paper presents an architecture for Virtual Product Developmen-oriented PADKS systems. Based on an analysis of typical knowledge representation techniques, an integrated object-oriented product and design process representation approach is proposed. In order to integrate traditional domain-independent user models and domain-dependent design process models, a generalized design user model is advised. Finally, the macro file scanning, compared with the keyboard&mouse event capture and the application software's event notification is justified as the means for capturing design users' behaviors.

提出了一个面向虚拟产品开发的个性化主动设计知识服务系统的体系结构。分析了常用的知识表示方法,给出了面向对象的产品和设计过程的集成表示。在传统的用户模型和设计过程模型基础上,建立了广义设计用户模型。比较了键盘和鼠标事件捕获、宏记录文件扫描,以及应用软件的事件通知三种行为捕获方法,说明了将宏记录方法用于设计用户行为捕获的合理性。

So, utilize the AI technology to develop the intelligent network knowledge service system come to a point. This paper put forward a scheme to realize this sort of service.
