气体力学参数的确定是流态化过程正常进行的前提,本文运用相似理论,从流化一类现象中固体颗粒和气体介质两方面的运动相似入手,用与前人不同的研究方法,导出了适用于全过程的流态化准数方程式,以此作为流化过程气体力学诸参数研究的统一基础。在此基础上,针对工业加热流化床的特点,通过实验建立了最小流化速度的实用计算式,由于考虑了固体颗粒与气体介质密度比这一影响因素,从而提高了计算精度,为流化床气体力学参数的确定提供设计依据。
