These key enzyme genes in the anthocyanidin synthesis pathway were research objects of flower color molecular breeding work, and F3'5'H was the target gene of blue flower breeding research. With PCR-RACE, a novel homologue gene (PCFH) of F3'5'H was isolated from Pericallis cruenta (GenBank Accession No. AY791885).

花色素苷代谢途径中关键酶基因的研究一直是花色分子育种工作的主要研究对象,其中F3'5'H基因是蓝色花卉育种的研究热点。本研究利用PCR-RACE技术从瓜叶菊中克隆到了F3'5'H同源基因PCFH(GenBank登录号:AY791885),为新异花色的分子育种工作提供了新的基因资源。
