The problem of tuning of the load feedback control system of boil-turbogenerator unit, as the turbine is equipped with power-frequency control system,is discussed in this paper. This control system is a 2× 2 multivariable system. In order to ensure sufficient stablity of the whole control system, the tuning values of the turbine controller and the boiler controller must be matched each other but these values may be varied in a wide range. Feedforword and nonlinear limitting pressure element are always introduced...

In order to ensure sufficient stablity of the whole control system, the tuning values of the turbine controller and the boiler controller must be matched each other but these values may be varied in a wide range. Feedforword and nonlinear limitting pressure element are always introduced in practical control system. In that case, if only the tuning values of two controllers are matched properly, the generating unit load control system would have nearly same dynamic performance, even though the tuning values of the controllers are very different.

本文讨论汽轮机采用功频调节系统时,锅炉-汽轮发电机单元机组负荷反馈控制系统的整定问题。该控制系统是一个2×2多变量系统。汽轮机功率控制器和汽压控制器的参数必须正确配合以保证单元机组负荷控制系统的稳定性,但是两个控制器的参数可以在很大范围内改变。实际应用的单元机组负荷控制系统中都引入前馈和非线性限压元件,在这种情况下,只要两个控制器的整定参数配合适当,那么,即使控制器的参数值差别很大,而负荷控制系统的动态品质却是很接近的。

In the midst of analyzing the tuning method of conventional PID controllers’parameter-control , operation steps of some control algorithm are given. With the help of microcomputer, simulation experiment to typical object is taken.Through changing the parameter of the controlled object, the adaptive capa-bility of the controller’s parameter tuning with the above mentioned three methods is studied respectively. Rules to determine controlle’s tuning param-eter by pattern recognition approach is proposed. The method to distinguish system characteristic paramenter is given. Experiment result shows that the pattern recognition approach has the merits of convenient adjusting , strong adaptive capability, wide-ranging appllcation and its controlling effect is bet-ter.

在分析常用的PID(比例积分微分)控制器控制参数的整定方法(扩充临界比例度法、扩充响应曲线法、模型识别法)的同时,给出了其中几种方法的操作步骤。用微机对典型对象进行实验研究,通过改变被控对象的参数,分别研究了用上述三种方法整定控制器参数的适应能力。提出了用模型识别法确定控制器整定参数的规则,给出了识别系统特征参数的方法。实验结果表明,模型识别法参数调整方便,适应能力强,应用范围广,较其他方法控制效果优越。
