Under resonable simplification, this paper takes C4 as a bridge to connect gasoline vapor pressure with the process parameters of debutanizer. A real-time model of gasoline vapor pressure is built. The on-line application in Fujian Refinery shows that the model has a satisfactory accuracy, and it can be used for closed-loop control and optimal operation.

本文从工程应用的角度出发,在分析了汽油蒸气压的主要影响因素之后,作了合理的简化,以C4组分为桥梁,把汽油蒸气压与稳定塔的实际操作参数联系起来,建立了汽油蒸气压的实时估计模型。经过在炼油厂的实际在线运行,表明该模型具有令人满意的精度,可用于稳定塔汽油蒸气压的闭环控制与优化操作。

The on-line clooed loop control of FCC gasoline vapor pressure by using on-line instruments, computerand advanced control method was introduced. Satisfactory industrial operation result was achieved. The productquality was controlled smoohly, and the turbulence of vapor pressure was decreased to less than 2 kPa. Both yield ofFCC gasoline and qualified distillate ratio of product were enhanced.
