Experimental results showed that: (1)The amorphotis Fe Cr8 P13 B5 and Fe Cr8 P13 C7 alloys have excellent corrosion resistance. The polarization curves of both amorphous corrosion resistant alloys are much similar measured in 3.5% NaCl at 30℃ by potentio-kinetic method. No breakdown potential(E_b) was observed...

(2) After vacuum annealing treatment at 500℃ for 1 hour, the corrosion resistance of Fe Cr8 P13 C7 alloy dropped abruptly, while that of Fe Cr8 P13 B5 alloy remained as good as in the amorphous state. Electrochemical measurements and immersion test results agree very well.

Electrochemical methods were used to appraise commercial oil-soluble rust inhibitors. The parameters, i. e. polarization curve, corrossion rate, polarization resistance, and breakdown potential were measured with a waveform oscillator and a potentiometer. Good correlations were found for all four parameters with those by conventional humidity cabinet test. Among them the breakdown potential is recommended for its simplicity and precision.

本文用电化学方法对常用防锈添加剂进行了研究。采用波形发生器和恒电位仪等,测得极化曲线、腐蚀速度、极化电阻以及破裂电位等参数。四种参数都具有较好的规律性,其中以破裂电位法较简单、准确。四种参数都与潮湿箱结果有较好的对应关系。
