This article is seeking for a way to control the material structures in order to make the compositions of FGM (Functionally Graded Material) continuously distributive.From the viewpoint of the sedimentation,we have set up the deposition model of A/B system FGM and analyzed the possible interfaces of FGM in theory,and have also given corresponding solutions.The article has laid a foundation for FGM with continuous or quasi-continuous compositions by sedimentation.

Different PPEKK/PPS(polyether ether ketone ketone/polyphenylene sulfide) blends are prepared by solution co precipitation. Rheological behavior of PPEKK/PPS blends is tested by a capillary rheometer.Experimental results show that melts of PPEKK/PPS blends exhibit pseudoplastic, apparent viscosity decreases with the increase of PPS contents and temperature as well as shear rate,and melting activity of the blends decreases with the increase of shear rate within the range of the studying temperature and shear...

采用溶液共沉降的方式制备了不同比例的含二氮杂萘酮结构聚醚酮酮 (PPEKK)和聚苯硫醚 (PPS)共混物。用毛细管流变仪测定了PPEKK /PPS共混物的流变性能。结果发现在所研究的温度和剪切速率范围内 ,PPEKK/PPS共混物熔体为假塑性流体 ,其熔体表观粘度随PPS含量的增加 ,温度的升高 ,剪切速率的增大而下降 ,熔融活化能随剪切速率的增大而降低。对挤出样条的胀大比率、外观形貌研究表明 ,PPS的加入不仅有利于改善PPEKK的熔融加工性 ,还能改善成品尺寸稳定性和外观。

Proper powders of Ti, Mo were selected through the established mathematical model. Ti/Mo FGM was obtained after sintering the Ti/Mo deposit fabricated by co sedimentation method at 1 400 ℃ under 20 MPa for an hour. The EPMA results show that Ti/Mo product agrees with the pre designed one in their composition distribution.

通过建立的沉降模型 ,选择了满足设计要求的 Ti,Mo粉料。用共沉降工艺制备了 Ti/ Mo梯度沉积层 ,经过140 0℃× 2 0 MPa× 1h热压烧结 ,得到 Ti/ Mo系梯度材料。经测试分析表明 :所制备的 Ti/ Mo系梯度材料的组成分布基本与设计曲线相吻合
