A system for liquid level monitoring is designed. The structure of the system is very simple. All the components of the system are stationary and not in contact with the liquid. A method to fabricate a low-temperature phase transition films material VO_2 is described.Firstly,Si_3N_4 and VO_x thin films are deposited onto the glass substrate.Then the samples are annealed in reducing atmosphere.Finally nanometer-sized VO_2 grains are prepared.The four-point-test shows that the phase transition temeprature of the films material shifts towards room temperature.The transmittance measurements at different temperature also reveal that the material owns good response to switching the infrared...

提出了一种制备低温热致变色VO2新型薄膜材料的工艺方法。在玻璃基底的Si3N4薄膜上溅射沉积VOx薄膜,再经还原性气氛退火,最终得到了nm量级的VO2颗粒。四探针测试电阻温度关系表明,该类材料相变温度已经靠近室温。不同温度下测试的红外透过曲线表明,该材料在相变前后有良好的红外开关特性,能够在智能窗等各类光电产品中获得应用。
