To solve the vibration and howl of check valve during charge,this paper analyzes the fluid model and thermodynamic model of check valve charge system,establishes its mathematic model by detailed math formulas deduction.Adopting the fourth order Runge-Kutta method transforms its math model into discrete simulation model and simulating its dynastic performance by MATLAB.By modifying its structure factors and analyzing the simulation curve,its structure parameters' impact on the charge vibration is obtained.Through general analyses of parameters impacting on the charge vibration,the reason of vibration is ultimately thought that the disturbing frequency made by gas passing the check valve is close to or identical to the intrinsic frequency of the valve core-spring system.The simulation is significant to weaken or even eliminate the vibration.

为了解决单向活门在充气过程中出现的振动和啸叫现象,该文通过对单向活门充气系统的流体模型和热力学模型进行分析,在详细的数学公式推导上建立其数学模型。采用四阶隆格-库塔算法,将其数学模型转换为可仿真的离散模型,并利用MATLAB仿真软件对其动态性能进行了仿真。通过修改模型的结构参数,对仿真曲线分析,得知单向活门的结构参数对其充气振动的影响。通过对影响充气振动的各个参数的综合分析,最终认为振动的原因是在充气过程中气体流经单向活门时扰动频率与阀芯-弹簧系统的固有频率接近或者一致所致。该仿真对减弱甚至消除单向活门振动具有一定的指导意义。

以一个特殊结构增压单向活门为例,通过详细的数学公式推导,对系统进行了数学建模。采用了四阶龙格-库塔算法,将数学模型转换为可仿真的离散模型,并利用MATLAB7.0对其进行了计算机仿真。希望能够找出增压单向活门充气振动问题的有效解决途径,以便对地面增压系统进行改进。
