    In this paper,we describe that the degs of sulfuric acid through phsyical and chemical treatment as well as oxidizing treatment in tower temperature can be used instead of Fe_2O_3 to make a high frequency wilding ferrite. The magnetic properties reach to the initial permeability μi 600~900,Satu- ration magnetic induction β_s0.40~-.44T,Curie Point Q_c≥25-℃.The effect of oxidizing treatment temperture and molar ratio of Fe_2O_3 on properties are studied.

    用经过理化处理的硫酸渣代替 Fe_2O_3制备成高频焊接铁氧体,其性能达到:起始磁导率μi 为600—900,饱和磁感应强度 Bs 为0.40—0.44T,居里点 Qc≥250℃.实验发现硫酸渣氧化处理温度和 Fe_2O_3含量对磁性能的影响显著。
