The damage of N and Bi implantation into Inp, espccially the relation between lattice damage with different doses of ion implanted Inp and difference ot lattice damage of these two Kind of ion implanted into Inp were studied. The experimental results of low and room temp erature have given activation energy of vacancy of Inp, and the diffusibility of vacancy is 1.94·10~(-4)cm~2/s. It means that Bi implantation of Inp is thermal spike, i.e.high temperature regions were formed in the volume of ion cascade. RBS...

The purpose of this work is to study the influenc of com-ponent Ⅱ of basic medium extracted heparinoid(C_2)on the time-effect anddose-effect of microcirculation.The results obtained confirmed the following:1.C_2 is able to acceleratethe blood flow in microcirculation significantly.2.There is a close corre-lation between time-effect and dose-effect.3.The peak effect of C_2 to specdup the blood flow in microcirculation appears Within the first hour afterintravenous injection.

测量了Tl_2Ba_2Ca_2Cu_3O_y超导体多晶样品在不同外磁场和不同温度下的磁滞性质,利用临界态方程求出有效钉扎力随外磁场及温度的变化,有效钉扎力包括晶粒界面处及晶粒内的贡献,发现有效钉扎力有峰效应,峰位置随温度降低向较高磁场移动,峰效应被解释为两种钉扎机制产生的,即两种机制的贡献与外磁场的关系不同,还讨论与这些结果有关的问题。
