本研究对桑叶茶进行了营养成分的分析及药用价值的讨论。实验分析发现桑茶含有大量的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维以及可溶性糖等。实验得出桑茶含有丰富的药用成分。其中黄酮类物质与降低血压有关 ;甾体化合物 ,如牛膝甾酮、β -谷甾醇等能降低血糖而治疗糖尿病。桑叶茶中还含有抗肿瘤的酚类化合物 ,有能促进人体蛋白质、排除胆固醇、降低血脂的蜕皮激素 ,有抗衰老的植物雌激素 ,有利尿作用的保幼激素类似物等。

目的 :观察桑叶茶对高脂血症大鼠的影响。方法 :设正常对照组、高血脂对照组、高脂饲料对照组、阳性对照组。以上 4组分别给普通饲料、高血脂饲料、高血脂饲料桑叶茶、高血脂饲料山楂精降脂片。 4周后检测。结果 :桑叶茶使高脂血症大鼠血清HDL -C、HDL -C/TC明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,TC、LDL -C、TG明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,LPO显著降低 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :桑叶茶可以降低血脂 ,抑制有害的过氧化物的生成。
