The diabetes model was got successfully in healthy male wistar rats by quickly injecting 1% Al-loxan in the dose of 50mg/kg/bw intravenously in the coccygeal vein. The model rats were successfully trans-planted the pancreas and duodenum got in the healthy wistar rats.This laid a solid foumdation for the furtherresearch for the laser and other anti-rejection reaction. 用1%的Alloxan以50mg/kg·W的剂量经尾静脉快速注射,成功地在健康雄性Wis-tar大鼠制成了糖尿病模型。以健康大鼠为供体,成功地进行了模型大鼠全胰十二指肠移植术。为激光等抗移植排斥反应的深入研究打下了良好的基础。 Pancreas with duodenum was transplanted from healthy, male rats to the artificially diseased male rats of alloxan diabetes. He- Ne laser irradiation, immune inhibitors and their combination were applied immediately after the operation to observe their effects against rejection. The results are as follows: with the treatment of He-Ne laser irradiation at a dose of 39. 72 J/cm2, the starting time of rejection to the organs was delayed, the living time of the organs was prolonged and the intensity of rejection...
