To investigate the effects of exhaustive exercise on the expression of atrial netriuretic factor(ANF) in rats. Methods: Thirty 4 month old SD male rats, weighing 220~360 g, were randomly divided into sedentary control group(10) (group A), exhaustive swimming group with suitable training in advance(10) (group B) and only exhaustive swimming rroup(10)(group C). The whole hearts were removed from all rats, the expression and amount of ANF were investigated by immunohistochemical and image analysis. Results: The immunohistochemical detection showed: ANF Right auricle> right atrium> left atrium> the part of the right ventricle near the atrium. The amount of ANF in left and right atrium myocytes in group B was obviously increased and was significantly decreased in group C compared with group A(P<0.001). The histological structures of the cardiac myocytes in group B were lightly injured, the abnormal conditions was very serious only in group C. Conclusion: The tissue structures and ANF expression in cardiac myocytes of rats may be greatly damaged by exhaustive exercise training.

目的 :探讨力竭运动对大鼠心脏心钠素表达的影响。材料和方法 :4月龄雄性 SD大鼠 30只 ,体重 2 2 0~ 36 0g。随机分为 (1)正常对照组 (A组 )、(2 )有训练游泳力竭组 (B组 )、(3)无训练游泳力竭组 (C组 )。每组各 10只。灌注后取出整心 ,用免疫组化 ABC法及图像分析技术 ,显示和检测大鼠心脏心钠素的表达和含量。结果 :心钠素免疫阳性反应为 :右心耳 >右心房 >左心房 >右心室近心房处。与 A组相比 ,B组大鼠心房心钠素表达明显增加 ;C组大鼠心房心钠素表达明显减少。两组大鼠心肌组织均表现程度不同的异常 ,以 C组大鼠心肌组织学结构的损伤更为严重。结论 :力竭运动训练对大鼠心肌组织学结构和心钠素内分泌功能具有严重的损伤性影响

The injury in football game is a more question in ball games.Besides usual abrasion and contusion,there are still serious injuries.So it is very important how to prevent and reduce the injuries of sport into full play in the course of matches The paper makes a study of and analyse the reason caused by those injuries mentioned above in order to reduce injuries of sport into lowest play in the course of the teaching,training and matches of football sport.
