In this paper, the application of LQSF technique with state observer to the stagger-phase noncirculation D.C. reversible control system is going on by the theoretical analysis and experimental research. According to the characterictic target of second order, the optimal closed-loop state feedback control is used in original stagger-phase noncirculation system, and a systematic specific circuit structure is presented here. Through the computer simulation and physics system tests it proves the optimal closed-loop control system has satisfactory good quality whether in follow function or in check disturbance. It has better dynamic characteristic than the analogic system with PI regulator. By using the loaded observer for the frontback recompense, it will eliminate the static error of the system efficiently. Accordingly, the system, whether it is in static or dynamic state, both can reach a higher standard, therfore it proves that the LQSF with state observer is efficient in practical.

本文对现有的错位无环流可逆直流调速系统应用带有状态观测器的LQSF技术进行了理论分析和实验研究,按二次型性能指标最优的闭环状态反馈控制应用于原有的错位无环流系统,提出了系统的具体电路结构,通过计算机仿真和物理系统的实验结果证明了带负载观测器的最优闭环调速系统,不论在跟随性能上和抗扰性能上都具有满意的优良品质,比原有使用PI调节器的模拟系统具有更高的动态指标。使用负载观测器进行前馈补偿有效地消除了系统的静差,从而使系统在动态和静态都能达到较高指标。证明了使用带负载观测器的LQSF技术是行之有效的。

This paper introduced one kind of control strategy for PWM converter and in- verter-Current Controlled Two-State Modulation Technique proposed by A. G. Bose etc., introduced its application in switching DC/DC converters, discussed the stability problem of a current controlled two-state modulation system.The practice showed that this switching converter had the following advantages, such as light- weight, small-volume, high static. accuracy. fast transient response, it was very import- ant application value.

The isothermal cur- ves of core loss and annealing time show that the ulltrafine grain has an important effect on the core aoss. The results of x-ray diffraction show that the lloy is composed of bee Fe solid solution after anne- aled. We paid attention to carbon which has a tend- ency to segregate from Fe and has the effect of bee Fe solid solution nucleation. The ultrafine grain structure make the magnetic domain fine markedly, therefore, dynamic permeability and core loss are considerably improved by decreasing the anomaly eddy currentloss.

研究了合金元素对恒导磁微晶合金 Fe_(71)Co_7Si_9B_(13)的高频损耗及恒导磁特性的影响。发现碳(C)的加入能大大降低该合金的高频损耗。随着 C 含量的增加,高频损耗 P_(2/20k)单调下降,当 C 含量大于4(at)%后,P_(2/20k)不再随着 C 含量的增加而降低。该合金的等温 P_(2/20k~t_a)曲线(t_a 为保温时间)呈“U”型,属典型的微晶化效应降低损耗方式。x 射线衍射结果证明该合金的组织为 bcc 结构的α-Fe。认为 C 对损耗的影响机制不同于普通晶态合金中的李希特(Richter)效应。C 是易偏析元素,在微晶化热处理时,碳的偏析为细小α-Fe 的形成,提供了大量晶核,使合金的组织细化,从而细化了磁畴,降低了异常涡流损耗,使高频损耗降低并具有较高的动态导磁率。横向磁场热处理后该合金可成为优良的恒导磁电感材料
