According to the principle of fuzzy optimization, a mathematical mode is built which fully considers the fuzziness and randomness of the design variables. Regarding the multiplicity of variables, an optimal solution to reliability optimization of aviation gears is studied using a real-coded adaptive (genetic) algorithm.
This paper studies the dynamic characteristics of two stage gear transmission system with twelve degree of freedom. We elaborate an analysis method for calculating design sensitivities based on nonlinear perturbation theory, and present a dynamic modification method for improving gear transmission dynamic characteristics. An effective analysis method is presented for the dynamic design of aero gear transmission system.
