The basic principle of infrared controller was introduced and a kind of remote control system using infrared technology was designed. When designing the circuit the frequency of the carrier wave was chosen as 38K according to the physical property of the infrared sending tube. After the sending signal "and" the carrier wave, it was driven to the infrared sending tube by the audion. The incepting tube was HS0038B which integrated the photoelectric exchange, amplifying device. Taking into account the incepting effect special incepting circuit was used to work in with it. The core of the whole design was programming with the PIC microcontroller. The key of the infrared sending program was calling the interrupt subroutine to produce the carrier wave and modulate it with the key signal. The infrared incepting program went into interrupt after the timer was time out. After returning to the main program, it began to incept the data and load the data into the buffer storage. The data moved right and the inception of the data was progressing until 8 bit of the data was fully incepted. The programs of sending and incepting were loaded into a PIC 16F84 micro-controller respectively.

根据红外发射管本身的物理特性,选用载波信号的频率为38K,设计制作出一种红外遥控器系统.整个设计的核心是应用PIC单片机进行程序编制.红外发射程序的关键是定时时间到时调用中断程序来产生载波信号,对按键信号和载波信号进行调制.红外接收程序在定时时间到后进入中断.从中断返回后开始接收数据,装入数据缓冲单元.数据右移,进行数据的接收,直到8位数据接收完成.红外发射程序和接收程序分别装入一片PIC16F84单片机.
