In this paper, the fundamental equations relating basic cardiovascular parameters (stroke volume, arterial compliance and peripheral resistance) with pressure pulse wave of the artery are derived on the basic of the nonlinear Windkessel theory. Therefore a non-invasive examination method of hemodynamic parameters based on pulse wave is presented.

本文从血液流动的基本方程出发,在Windkessel模型基础上。导得动脉中血液流动的基本方程。由此求得联系某些心血管参数(外周阻力、动脉顺应性与每搏心输出量)与压力脉搏波波图面积之间的关系式,从而使我们有可能通过无创伤描记动脉脉搏波波图来估算心血管动力学的一些基本参数。

With these, the relationships between the parameters of the cardiovascullar system and the areas of sphygomogcaph are deduced.The compliances derived from the exponential model and the logarithmic model are compared with those derived from the quadrie ones. The resralt shows that the formes ones are more accurate and more convenient in the clinic application.

本文首先根据我国人体动脉压力-体积之间的实验数据,提出指数函数与对数函数的拟合关系,并将拟合情况与cope提出的二次抛物线的拟合情况作比较,发现压力-体积之间的指数关系拟合得最好,对数关系在较高血压时也比二次抛物线拟合得好。其次,对压力-体积之间的指数关系与对数关系,分别建立相应的非线性弹性腔模型的基本方程,并在此基础上,导出心血管参数与压力脉图面积之间的关系。最后,文章还对人体动脉压力-体积之间的指数关系、对数关系和二次抛物线关系所对应的动脉顺应性作了比较,发现用指数关系和对数关系比用二次抛物线关系具有精度高、使用方便的优点,是一种在临床中值得推广的结果。
