The survey can be adopted to the rotor unfixed type, and with 1∶(8～10) ratio of rotor's outlet width and impeller's diameter, meanwhile the simple vibration measurer brings a higher balanced precision with less time or cost, so the dynamic balance in site for large draft fan with fast rotational speed and high power can be done based on the mentionedabove method.

The paper introduced the welding technology of large fan impeller and analyzed the characteristics of welding of low alloy high strength steel WELDOX700 and WELDOX900. The welding procedure qualification test of the welded joint was carried out and the microstructure of the joint was analyzed. The welding process parameters were used in the welding of the productions, which met the design requirement of the productions.

Through the actual measurement of the noises from the large-size mining centrifugal blower and the treamment of noises and vibrational signals, the results of the power spectrum, the correlation and coherent function etc., can be obtained These results will provide precise and reliable basis for the noises fron blower and vibration control.
This paper introduces the new application of hydraulic-lock. First, the characteristic of hydraulic-lock under the condition of negative load is analysed theoretically and theoretical model is derived. Then, experiment data measured in hydraulic adjusting unit of moving vanes of a large fan is summed up to give experiment model, which proves the theoretical analysis. Last, the identity of theory and experiment reach the conclusion of this paper.
