This paper introduces the new application of hydraulic-lock. First, the characteristic of hydraulic-lock under the condition of negative load is analysed theoretically and theoretical model is derived. Then, experiment data measured in hydraulic adjusting unit of moving vanes of a large fan is summed up to give experiment model, which proves the theoretical analysis. Last, the identity of theory and experiment reach the conclusion of this paper.

In this paper, using the three dimensional Particle Dynamic Analyzer (3D-PDA), the internal flow field of a inlex box with complex geometry for the large size fan is measured. The complex flow characteristics within the inlet box are investigated. The measurement results show that, the biggest turbulence intensity occurs in the region below the shaft sleeve and near the cone inlet, the secondary flow structure in the cone outlet section is different from that in a 900-bend tunnel. The results of this paper provide some useful information as a reference for the research of internal flow in the impeller passage with inlet flow distortion.

本文利用三维粒子动态分析仪(3D-PDA),对一具有复杂几何形状的大型风机进气箱内部三维气流场进行了测量。测量结果表明,在进气箱的轴套下方区域以及靠拐弯内测的锥筒进口区域有较大的湍流度值,靠进气箱出口截面上的二次流图谱与一般900弯道出口的二次流图谱存在差别。
